About Me


My mission is to change the way people think about heath and well-being. I realised very quickly it wasn’t about trying to follow the traditional nutrition or workout plans that were given and then all of a sudden you’ll have this magical body. It all starts with your mentality about health and what the barriers are that stop you from following a nutrition or workout plan. If eating well and working out was so simple then why doesn’t everyone have the body they deserve and dream about? I also realised that there aren’t many people who focus on coaching the mindset alongside the physical aspect so that’s what I decided to do. Help people become more self aware about what limiting beliefs they have and why they also have them. Once they can overcome them and understand themselves better, then the journey of a “healthy lifestyle” becomes simpler.
